Your own booking link

Every account gets a permanent address (foglalgo.com/f/…) that you can put anywhere: Instagram, Facebook, your Google Business Profile, your email signature.

QR code

The link comes with a QR code. Print it and put it on the counter or the door, and clients book with their phone.

Embeddable widget

With one line of code you can add the booking page to your website, whether it runs on WordPress, Wix or is custom-built. The booking page uses the colour you set in the settings.

Only free times

Clients only see the slots that are actually free according to the opening hours, the team member’s schedule and the existing bookings.

Several services in one booking

A client can book, say, a haircut and colouring at once; the system adds up the duration and the price.

No registration

Clients do not have to open an account. Name, email and, if you ask for it, a phone number.

Booking page in two languages

Clients can switch the booking page between Hungarian and English, and you can embed it on your website in either language.

Client emails in the right language

You choose whether client emails go out in Hungarian or English, for all clients or client by client.

Dashboard in English

The dashboard, including the calendar, the settings and the reports, can be switched to English with one click.

Day and week calendar

A separate column for each team member, treatment bed or court. Bookings taken by phone go in the same place.

Team members and resources

Everyone has their own schedule. A resource can be a person, a treatment bed, a room, a machine or a court.

Dashboard and reports

Today’s bookings, revenue, utilisation and the month’s figures. Bookings can be exported to CSV.

Client profiles

For every client you see their past and upcoming bookings, and you can add notes.

Confirmation email

When a booking is made, the client immediately gets an email with the time and a cancellation link. In every plan.

Reminder email

The system sends the client a reminder 24 hours before the appointment and, if you switch it on, another one an hour before. So fewer people forget their appointment.
