Version: 2026-09-09. Applicable to new contracts from this date, with express acceptance. Amendments to an existing Subscriber’s contract are governed by point 15 of the GTC and by the separate effective date specified in the prior notice.
1. The Service Provider and the scope of the GTC
1.1. Service Provider: Megyeri Magor, sole trader (registered office: 8314 Vonyarcvashegy, Kund vezér utca 18.; tax number: 90272431-1-40; registration number: 59430540; e-mail: info@foglalgo.com; phone: +36 70 299 9899), the operator of the FoglalGo online booking system (foglalgo.com) (hereinafter: the Service Provider or FoglalGo).
1.2. Subscriber: the business (sole trader, business company or other organisation carrying on an economic activity) that registers for the FoglalGo service and accepts these GTC (hereinafter: the Subscriber). These GTC are a business-to-business (B2B) contract; the Service Provider does not provide the service to consumers. By registering, the Subscriber declares that it uses the service within the scope of its economic activity, as a business.
1.3. These GTC are general terms and conditions within the meaning of section 6:77 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.). The GTC, the Fee Schedule (Annex 1) and the DPA (Annex 2) together form the Service Agreement between the parties.
1.4. The Subscriber’s guests (the natural persons placing bookings) are not parties to these GTC; they are subject to the guest terms available on the booking interface and to the privacy notice. Towards the guests, the bookable service is provided by the Subscriber in its own name.
2. Subject of the service
2.1. FoglalGo is an online appointment booking system: for the Subscriber’s business it provides a booking interface, an admin interface, e-mail notifications and — depending on the plan — client records, group booking, online card payment integration (with the Subscriber’s own merchant account), reports and further features, broken down by plan as set out in the Fee Schedule.
2.2. The service is software as a service (SaaS): the Service Provider operates the system on cloud infrastructure, and the Subscriber does not need to install anything. Using the service requires an internet connection and an up-to-date browser; providing these is the Subscriber’s responsibility.
2.3. To use the online payment feature, the Subscriber needs its own merchant agreement with the payment service provider referred to in point 11.1 (point 11). The conditions for enabling the feature are set out in point 11.2.
3. Conclusion of the contract
3.1. A FoglalGo subscription may only be used by a business acting within the scope of its economic or professional activity. The person registering declares that they are authorised to represent the business indicated. This provision does not exclude any right to which the person concerned is entitled under mandatory law. The contract is concluded electronically, by completing the registration process and expressly accepting these GTC; its language is Hungarian. The Service Provider records, in a retrievable way, the fact, time and text of the acceptance, the document versions and the individual contract data, and sends a confirmation by e-mail.
3.2. When registering and when completing the controller profile, the Subscriber must provide true, accurate and complete official data (official name, legal form, registered office, tax number, registration number, legal contact e-mail). These data are mandatory elements of the privacy notice shown to guests; the Subscriber is responsible for their accuracy and must record any change within 15 days.
3.3. The Service Provider may check the official data provided against public registers and, until the check is completed or where the data are incomplete or untrue, may refuse to activate the account or may suspend it.
3.4. The FoglalGo service may be used by businesses in Hungary for business purposes. The Start plan is free of charge; ordering a paid plan is a separate step. We do not provide a new paid trial period.
Before placing a paid order, the Subscriber selects the plan and the monthly or annual period, and checks the billing details, the full fees, the renewal terms and the applicable documents. The data can be corrected in the settings before the order is sent; the plan and the period can be changed by requesting a new offer. The order requires an express declaration. The first card payment then takes place on the Stripe interface, where further approval by the bank may also be required.
The GTC, the Fee Schedule, the data processing agreement and the privacy notice can be opened and saved before the declaration. The Service Provider records, in a retrievable way, the ordering declaration, its time, the data needed to identify the person placing the order, the specific offer and the document version applied. It confirms receipt of the order electronically. Recording the order and opening the payment page do not yet prove that the fee has been paid. New paid access is activated after authentic confirmation that the fee has been paid and of the status of the subscription.
3.5. We confirm receipt of the order electronically without delay. If the confirmation does not become available to you within the time that can reasonably be expected, but at the latest within 48 hours, you are released from your offer or from the contractual obligation. We file the contract electronically; after identification, the accepted content can be requested at info@foglalgo.com. Whether an electronic declaration counts as being in writing is to be judged by whether its content can be retrieved unchanged and whether the person making the declaration and its time can be identified; we do not use a qualified electronic signature or an authenticated time stamp. The language of the contract is Hungarian. This contract does not provide for the application of a separate code of conduct.
4. Plans and changing plans
4.1. Plans. The service is available in the free Start plan and in the paid Pro and Business plans set out in the Fee Schedule. The paid plans can be ordered with a monthly or an annual subscription. The annual period is 12 months; its annual fee equals 10 monthly fees. This is an annual fee discount, not a trial period.
4.2. Subscription period and cancellation. The monthly or annual subscription period and its renewal date are communicated by the payment process, the confirmation and the subscription page. The period is not necessarily a calendar month or a calendar year. The renewal can be cancelled with effect from the end of the current period, in accordance with point 7.1. The fee for a period that has already started is not refunded merely because of ordinary cancellation or because the Subscriber stops using the service earlier. This does not exclude claims relating to an erroneous or unjustified charge, defective performance or claims existing under mandatory law.
4.3. Changing from the Pro plan to the Business plan. The higher plan can be used after successful payment and authentic confirmation of the pro rata fee difference payable for the remaining part of the current period, whether originally monthly or annual. We communicate the exact full amount of the difference before confirmation. Requesting the change, or a payment that is still in progress, does not in itself activate the Business plan. If the length of the subscription period does not change, the full Business fee for the given period is payable from the next renewal date.
4.4. A lower plan and changing between monthly and annual. Changing from the Business plan to the Pro plan and changing the monthly or annual period take effect at the end of the period already paid for. Until then, the plan paid for can be used. At the start of the new period, the full fee for the accepted target plan and period is payable. A change merely requested for a later date does not result in a new fee now or in a pro rata refund. The limits of the lower plan apply from the time it takes effect; data already recorded above the limit are kept, but no new data can be recorded above the limit. Ending a paid subscription is governed by point 7.1.
4.5. Choosing a higher plan and another period together. Changing from the Pro plan to the Business plan and changing between monthly and annual are two consecutive steps. First, the Business fee difference communicated for the remaining part of the current, original period must be paid. After its authentic confirmation, the Business plan can be used until the end of the original period. The new monthly or annual period chosen starts on the original renewal date, when its separately indicated full fee becomes payable. Before the order, the amount payable now, the original renewal date, and the length and full renewing fee of the new period are shown separately.
4.6. Persistent failure of the second step. If the fee for the Business upgrade under point 4.5 has been paid, but we cannot confirm the setup of the new period chosen because of a persistent error, we initiate cancellation of the subscription with effect from the end of the period originally paid for, and notify the Subscriber. The Business access paid for remains until the original renewal date. We do not refund the fee for this completed upgrade merely because the second step failed; the claims reserved in point 4.2 can still be enforced.
Renewal of the remaining Business plan according to the original monthly or annual period is only enabled by a new, express order of the Subscriber that also states the full renewing fee. This decision is recorded separately; it does not restart the new period that was previously chosen without success.
We indicate separately that the cancellation has been initiated and that its setup has been confirmed. If the payment service provider is persistently unavailable or the status cannot be clarified, we cannot yet confirm that the cancellation succeeded and that further charges are excluded. In that case we continue checking, agree on the payment and access status individually, and inform you of the result established. In the case of an erroneous charge, or a charge not covered by the existing authorisation, we settle the account; such a claim is not excluded by the refund rule in this point.
5. Fees, invoicing and payment
5.1. Full fees. The fees are set out in the Fee Schedule, in forints. The Service Provider is a sole trader exempt from VAT under the subjective tax exemption. The fee indicated is the full amount payable; no VAT is added to it.
5.2. Due date. The first monthly or annual fee of a card subscription is payable at the first payment, and the fee for each further period is payable in advance when it renews. The difference payable on a plan change and the fee for the next period are governed by points 4.3–4.6. In the case of a separately agreed bank transfer, the payment deadline is 8 days from the date of the invoice; this does not change the due date of the card subscription communicated when the order is placed.
5.3. Invoicing. The invoice for the FoglalGo subscription fee is issued personally by Megyeri Magor, sole trader, using Számlázz.hu. The electronic invoice is sent to the billing e-mail address given in the subscription order; the current ordering process takes this from the e-mail address of the active administrator account of the person placing the order. The billing details must be checked before the order. Stripe’s payment confirmation does not replace the invoice issued by the Service Provider. Invoicing of the FoglalGo subscription fee is separate from invoicing of the services provided to the salon’s guests.
5.4. Automatic renewal. A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of the current period for a period of the same length, unless it has been cancelled by then and unless a different next period has been accepted. In the case of an accepted change of plan or period, the new terms apply from the indicated renewal date, taking into account the error handling under point 4.6. The Service Provider sends a reminder 8 days before renewal about the renewing plan, the fee and how to cancel. Changes to the fee are governed by point 5.6. Renewal of the contract is not in itself an authorisation to charge a card; a charge can only be made under an existing authorisation in accordance with point 5.7.
5.5. Late payment. If the Subscriber does not pay the fee due on time, the Service Provider sends a reminder granting an additional period of at least 8 days. The account may be suspended for late payment only after this additional period has expired without result. During suspension, the guest booking interface cannot be used; suspension does not in itself delete any data. A delay of more than 30 days is a ground for termination; on termination, point 8 applies. A failed charge or retry signal from the payment service provider does not in itself shorten these contractual deadlines. A first order that has not yet been paid does not entitle the Subscriber to a new paid trial period.
5.6. Fee changes. The Service Provider communicates a fee change at least 30 days before its planned effective date, stating the old and the new fee, the period concerned and the option to cancel. The fee for a period already paid for cannot be increased retrospectively. The Subscriber accepts the changed fee expressly; a declaration of acceptance cannot be recorded merely on the basis of continued use. The Subscriber may reject the change and terminate without adverse consequences with effect for the period affected by the increase. Changing the recurring card charge also requires a new authorisation under point 5.7.
5.7. Payment and authorisation. FoglalGo’s own card subscription fee is paid on the Stripe payment interface. In the order, the Subscriber gives a separate, express authorisation to collect the first fee and the recurring fees, stating the plan, the full amount, the currency and the monthly or annual frequency. A change of plan, period or fee requires a new order and authorisation containing the specific fees. In the case of point 4.5, the order separately states the difference payable now and the new full fee payable from the renewal date.
The authorisation can be withdrawn free of charge. Cancelling the renewal also ends the authorisation given for charging the next period; it does not cancel fees that became due earlier. If the Subscriber only wishes to withdraw the card charge authorisation or to switch to another payment method, it can say so at info@foglalgo.com. Switching requires the existing payment method and the subscription to be aligned, so that the same fee is not collected twice. Bank transfer can only be used in a separately agreed way.
While a plan change is in progress, the Stripe card management interface temporarily cannot be opened from FoglalGo; this also affects replacing the card. In urgent cases, help can be requested at info@foglalgo.com. This does not necessarily close Stripe pages opened earlier. If an operation performed on an earlier page causes a discrepancy, we agree on its result and on the existing order individually. This does not replace a new order for renewal under point 4.6.
6. Availability, maintenance, support
6.1. The Service Provider provides the service with the care of its best knowledge, in continuous operation, but does not undertake uninterrupted, error-free operation.
6.2. Where possible, the Service Provider gives advance notice of planned maintenance and schedules it for a low-traffic period. Work on fixing unforeseeable errors starts without delay.
6.3. Support: by e-mail (info@foglalgo.com), on working days. The Business plan includes priority support: requests from Business subscribers are processed with priority among incoming requests. There is no numerical response time commitment.
6.4. The Service Provider may change or discontinue the Start (free) plan with at least 30 days’ prior notice; in that case the Subscriber’s data can be exported in accordance with point 8.
7. Termination and expiry
7.1. Cancellation by the Subscriber. The Subscriber may cancel the automatic renewal of a paid subscription at any time, without giving reasons, on the FoglalGo Settings → Subscription page. If the interface is not available or reports an error, the declaration can also be sent to info@foglalgo.com. The Service Provider identifies the Subscriber and the subscription concerned; the effect of the declaration is not determined by the time it is later processed by customer service.
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; until then, the plan paid for can be used. It gives no further collection authorisation for the next paid period. We communicate whether the setup at the payment service provider succeeded on the basis of the confirmed status. If this cannot be verified, we indicate the uncertainty and agree on the matter; we still take the cancellation declaration into account and settle any erroneous charge.
Ordinary cancellation does not cancel payment and settlement obligations that have already become due; refunds are governed by point 4.2. After the paid period ends, an account that has not been closed can be used in the Start plan. Closing the entire account and the data release on termination are a separate operation; cancelling the renewal does not in itself order the immediate deletion of data. 7.2. The Service Provider may terminate the contract without giving reasons with 60 days’ notice. If, because of the Service Provider’s ordinary termination, it does not provide the service during part of a period already paid for, it settles the prepaid fee attributable to that time and refunds it. Claims arising from a breach of contract by the Service Provider are not excluded by the rule on ordinary termination.
7.3. Termination with immediate effect is possible in the case of a serious breach of contract by the other party, in particular: prohibited use under point 10, providing untrue official data, a serious breach of the DPA, or late payment of more than 30 days.
8. Data release and deletion
8.1. Closing the entire account is a separate operation from cancelling the renewal of the subscription. During the 30-day grace period after the account is closed, a self-service CSV export of the business’s own business and guest data is available, together with the related data protection administration; this is not ordinary operational access. Data release and deletion take place in accordance with the Subscriber’s documented instructions, under point 11 of the data processing agreement. The technical expiry schedule of backups is to be demonstrated separately. 8.2. Data export and the related data protection features are available in every plan, including Start.
8.3. Where retention is required by mandatory law, only the prescribed data and period may be kept, with separated and restricted use. This exception does not entitle anyone to keep storing the entire guest database. The retention of the Service Provider’s own contract, order and payment evidence relating to the subscription is described separately in FoglalGo’s privacy notice. Keeping them does not mean further storage of the salon’s entire guest database and does not extend operational access. The handling of the salon’s guest data on termination is governed by the data processing agreement.
9. Obligations of the Subscriber
9.1. With regard to its guests’ personal data, the Subscriber is the controller; the Service Provider is the processor (DPA). The Subscriber is responsible for its own obligations to provide privacy information — including informing the data subjects of manually recorded client records about the processing.
9.2. The Subscriber is responsible for keeping the access credentials of its account confidential, for revoking staff access where necessary, and for all activity carried out through its account.
9.3. The Subscriber determines its booking rules (cancellation deadline, no-show/cancellation fee), its prices and its service descriptions itself, and is itself responsible for their lawfulness, including its consumer protection obligations towards guests.
10. Prohibited use
10.1. It is prohibited to use the system for unlawful activity, for publishing unlawful content, for infringing the rights of others, or for circumventing the security, rate and plan limits of the system.
10.2. Marketing ban: FoglalGo’s e-mail sending serves exclusively for service messages related to bookings (confirmation, reminder, status change). It is prohibited to use the system to send newsletters, advertising messages or any marketing communication — including by using the text of booking notifications for this purpose.
10.3. It is prohibited to record in the system guest data that the Subscriber has no legal basis to process.
10.4. Prohibited use is a serious breach of contract; the Service Provider may suspend the account with prior notice — immediately in urgent cases — and may terminate the contract under point 7.3.
11. Online payment for guest bookings (guest payment)
11.1. For online card payment, the Subscriber uses its own merchant agreement concluded with the payment service provider and its own merchant identifiers. Payment service provider: the provider accepting card payments with which the Subscriber has concluded its own merchant agreement. Guests’ payments flow directly to the Subscriber; the Service Provider takes no part in the movement of money and does not collect, hold or transfer money — it only initiates the payment technically and tracks its status.
11.2. Online card payment has been implemented in the system; it becomes available in the Subscriber’s business when the Subscriber enters its own merchant identifiers and enables online payment. Otherwise, the booking is made under the rules for payment on site. Under the merchant terms of the providers accepting card payments, before starting the payment the guest must accept — with a separate, mandatory checkbox — a declaration on the transfer of the data needed for the payment. The text of the declaration forms part of these GTC, and reads as follows: “I accept that, to initiate the payment, the system transfers the amount payable, the currency, the internal identifier of the payment and the name of the booking to the business’s payment service provider. My name, e-mail address and phone number are not passed to the payment service provider.” From the time this takes effect, the Service Provider asks the guest to accept the declaration before the payment starts, with a separate mandatory checkbox, and records the fact of acceptance together with the version of the declaration text. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to check that the text of the declaration matches the terms of its own merchant agreement. The Service Provider does not request or store card data: card data are handled by the payment service provider and the card-acquiring financial institution — the payment service provider on the basis of the Subscriber’s own merchant agreement, and the card-acquiring financial institution as an independent controller.
11.3. Data protection roles in guest payments. Guests’ payments are processed by the payment service provider under the Subscriber’s own merchant agreement; the Subscriber chooses the provider. The provider’s data protection role follows from the Subscriber’s own merchant agreement and is set out in Appendix 1 of the data processing agreement forming Annex 2 of these GTC, and in the Privacy Notice.
11/A. Refunds and cancellation
11/A.1. Refunds are the Subscriber’s obligation. The Subscriber decides on and performs any refund due to guests (including cases under its cancellation rules and the exercise of the rights of withdrawal and termination to which consumers are entitled by law) — for prepaid bookings through the payment service provider’s system, to the same means of payment. The Service Provider provides a technical tool for this in the system, but is not obliged to make refunds and is not liable for them.
11/A.2. The guests’ rights of cancellation, withdrawal and refund — including the right of withdrawal/termination under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) — are detailed in points 4–5 of the guest booking terms available on the booking interface; the system displays the refund rule valid at the time of booking before payment and records it for the booking.
Receiving the withdrawal/termination declaration, providing the electronic withdrawal function and acknowledgement of receipt required by law, handling the matter and paying any refund due are the Subscriber’s tasks. Under this contract, FoglalGo does not undertake to record or forward withdrawal/termination declarations or to acknowledge their receipt. The effect of a lawful withdrawal does not depend on the Subscriber’s approval. This division of tasks does not limit the guest’s rights and does not exclude FoglalGo’s liability for its own statutory obligations.
11/A.3. For a guest cancellation within the deadline, the prepaid amount is refunded: the provider initiates the refund within no more than 5 working days, to the same means of payment, through the payment service provider’s system. The time of the actual credit to the bank account is separate from this and depends on the payment service provider and the card-issuing bank. The statutory rule of repayment within no more than 14 days in the case of withdrawal/termination is independent of this and continues to apply.
11/A.4. A summary for guests and Subscribers is also available on a separate page: Refunds and cancellation.
12. Data protection
12.1. The conditions for processing guest data are set out in the DPA (Annex 2); by accepting the GTC, the Subscriber also accepts the DPA.
FoglalGo’s own subscription, fee collection, invoicing and support data are processed by Megyeri Magor, sole trader, as an independent controller; Part II of the privacy notice applies to this.
12.2. The Subscriber gives a general prior authorisation for the use of sub-processors; the Service Provider gives notice of changes at least 30 days in advance, and the Subscriber has the right to object.
12.3. The Subscriber can set the retention period of guest data itself, within the limits of the system; the setting counts as a documented instruction under the DPA.
13. Intellectual property
13.1. The FoglalGo name, the system, its source code, interface and documentation are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. For the term of the contract, the Subscriber receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
13.2. The data recorded by the Subscriber (business data, service descriptions, guest data) remain the Subscriber’s; the Service Provider uses them only to provide the service.
14. Liability
14.1. The Service Provider is liable for proven damage caused by a breach of contract, provided that — except for the cases that cannot be limited under section 6:152 of the Civil Code (intentional breach of contract, and breach of contract causing damage to human life, physical integrity or health) — its liability is limited to the amount of the last 3 monthly fees actually paid by the Subscriber (for an annual subscription, a quarter of the annual fee), and for the free Start plan it is excluded within the limits of section 6:152 of the Civil Code.
14.2. Except as set out in point 14.4, the Service Provider’s liability for lost profit and for indirect and consequential damage is excluded. An event arising from the conduct or incorrect data of the Subscriber or its guest, from the failure of an external service or from force majeure does not automatically exempt the Service Provider: it remains liable under the applicable law and this contract for breaching its own contractual obligations, in particular for a faulty integration attributable to it.
14.3. The Subscriber must compensate, under the liability rules applicable to it, for proven damage and reasonable costs causally connected with its own unlawful use, unlawful data processing or breach of points 9–10. This obligation does not extend to the part arising from the Service Provider’s own infringement. In the case of a third-party claim or official proceedings, the parties inform each other without undue delay and cooperate. This provision does not create an automatic obligation to take over an administrative fine and does not limit the rights of data subjects or the powers of the authority.
14.4. No exclusion or limitation of liability in the GTC applies to intentional breach of contract, to breach of contract causing damage to human life, physical integrity or health, or to any other case in which mandatory law prohibits it. The limitations do not affect the rights of data subjects under the GDPR, the powers of the authorities, or obligations arising from data processing that cannot be excluded by contract.
15. Amendment of the GTC
15.1. The Service Provider may amend the GTC unilaterally. It gives notice of the amendment by e-mail and in the admin interface at least 30 days before it takes effect; the notice specifically draws attention to material changes and to changes that deviate from usual contractual practice (section 6:78 of the Civil Code).
15.2. If the Subscriber does not accept the amendment, it may terminate the contract under point 7.1 until the amendment takes effect. The system asks for express acceptance of a material amendment in the admin interface. Continued use does not replace the express acceptance of a material amendment.
15.3. A new contract is governed by the version made available and accepted before the contract is concluded. For the amendment of an existing contract, the notice and acceptance under points 15.1–15.2 apply. Publishing a new version does not in itself retroactively amend a contract already concluded. Point 5.7 also applies to the authorisation needed to collect a new fee.
16. Governing law, disputes
16.1. The Service Agreement is governed by Hungarian law. The parties settle their disputes primarily by negotiation; if this fails, the dispute is decided by the Hungarian court having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction.
16.2. Contact: info@foglalgo.com, phone: +36 70 299 9899. The Service Provider responds to enquiries on working days, within a reasonable time.
17. Final provisions
17.1. If any provision of the GTC is invalid, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
17.2. Version of this edition: 2026-09-09. For a new Subscriber, it applies when the expressly activated plan is accepted, at the earliest from this date. Amendments to an existing Subscriber’s contract are governed by the separate effective date specified in the prior notice under point 15 and by the acceptance procedure set out there. Earlier contracts are governed by their accepted version and by the amendment procedure of point 15.
Annex 1 — Fee Schedule
The fees shown are full prices in forints under the subjective tax exemption; no VAT is added to them. The annual subscription covers 12 months, and its full fee equals 10 monthly fees. The monthly and annual fees are payable in advance. There is no new paid trial period. The payment rules for changing the plan and the period are set out in points 4.3–4.6 of the GTC. When changing from Pro to Business, the exact difference payable for the remaining part of the current period is shown before the order. A change between monthly and annual and the choice of a lower plan take effect at the end of the period already paid for. The Stripe payment of FoglalGo’s own subscription is not the same as the handling of fees collected from the salon’s guests.
