How should you compare the prices?
Price lists differ in three ways: some add VAT to the fee, some charge per team member, and with some the SMS or card payment fees make up most of the cost. Work out your own monthly fee with the number of your team members and the number of SMS you expect to send.
FoglalGo’s fee is a final price from a VAT-exempt sole trader. If your business is VAT-registered and you reclaim VAT, look at the net prices of the other providers.
How are the comparisons made?
The pages are written by Magor Megyeri, the developer of FoglalGo. FoglalGo is our own product, so the tables only contain data that can be checked in the provider’s public price list or help pages. Every page shows the link to the source and the date of the check.
We calculate the monthly cost from the point of view of a VAT-exempt sole trader in Hungary: we add 27% VAT to net prices and convert euro fees at HUF 400/€. SMS, card payment and marketplace commission fees are only included in the example if the row explicitly mentions them.
We also write down what the other system can do and FoglalGo cannot: SMS, Google Calendar sync, online payment or a marketplace. If you find outdated or wrong data, write to info@foglalgo.com, and we will correct it.

Questions about the comparisons
Where do the prices come from?
From the providers’ public price lists and help pages. Every comparison page links to the source and shows the date of the check. Prices can change, so check the provider’s current price list before you decide.
Is it not biased when FoglalGo compares itself with others?
It can be, which is why we only publish data you can check, with a source and a date. We also write down what the other system can do and FoglalGo cannot: SMS, Google Calendar sync, online payment or a marketplace.
What is the difference between a marketplace and FoglalGo?
A marketplace brings new clients through its own platform, and some providers take a commission for them. FoglalGo is not a marketplace: clients book on your own booking link or website, and there is no booking commission.
Can I bring my clients over from another system?
Bulk client import is not available at the moment. FoglalGo’s client list is built from the bookings, and you can add your regular clients by hand at their first booking. If you need help with the switch, write to info@foglalgo.com.
