What does a month cost? A worked example
The monthly fee as a VAT-exempt sole trader pays it: we added 27% VAT to net prices and converted euro prices at HUF 400/€.

When is Fresha the better choice?
If you want new clients from a nationwide marketplace and accept the one-off commission for them, or you need online card payment now, Fresha offers this.
When is FoglalGo the better choice?
If you already have your clients and they book on your own link or website, FoglalGo’s fixed fee is more predictable: there is no per-member and no per-booking cost.
Switching from Fresha to FoglalGo
- Sign up with the Start plan, without a bank card. For a team, the Business plan gives you unlimited team members for HUF 5,990, with no per-member fee.
- Add your services and team members with the durations you used in Fresha.
- Enter the future appointments that are already booked by hand. Bulk import is not available at the moment.
- New clients arriving from the Fresha marketplace do not come over to FoglalGo, because FoglalGo has no marketplace. Decide whether you keep your marketplace profile.
- If your clients paid online in Fresha, keep in mind that in FoglalGo clients currently pay on site. Online card payment is marked “coming soon”.
- Replace the booking link in your Instagram profile, your Google Business Profile and on your website.

How big is the difference with three team members?
According to the price list of 12 October 2026, Fresha’s Team plan costs 3 × HUF 3,100 + VAT, HUF 11,811 gross a month. FoglalGo’s Pro plan costs HUF 3,990 with 3 team members. Fresha’s payment and marketplace fees come on top if you use them.
Why does FoglalGo have no marketplace?
Because this way clients book on your own booking page, not in a list next to the salons in your area. The price of this is that FoglalGo does not bring you new clients.
