The fees are final prices with no VAT added, as the operator is exempt from VAT. The annual subscription is ten monthly fees. Support is handled on working days; we do not commit to specific response or resolution times or to a numerical availability. This does not affect statutory deadlines. The binding list is in the Fee Schedule of the Terms of Service (in Hungarian; English translation).

Legal background: the VAT exemption for small businesses is set out in Chapter XIII of the Hungarian VAT Act (Act CXXVII of 2007, in Hungarian), and the standard VAT rate of 27% in section 82(1) of the same Act.

What does a month cost if you choose another system?
The public price lists of the alternatives available in Hungary are calculated in different ways: some add VAT, and with others the number of team members or the SMS make up most of the fee.

Questions about pricing
What happens if I reach the 30 monthly bookings of the Start plan?
The limit is set in the Fee Schedule. If you reach it regularly, the Pro plan gives you unlimited bookings, and you can switch from the dashboard.
How much does a year cost?
Pro costs HUF 39,900 a year, Business HUF 59,900. That is ten monthly fees, so two months free compared with paying monthly.
Do I have to pay VAT on the fee?
No. The fees are final prices with no VAT added, because the operator is exempt from VAT. What you see on the price list is what you pay.
Is there a per-booking fee or a commission?
No. We charge no separate fee for bookings or for new clients.
How do I change plans?
In the Settings menu of the dashboard. Upgrading takes effect immediately, downgrading at the end of the current period. The details are in the Terms of Service (English translation; the Hungarian text is binding).
Do I need a bank card to sign up?
Not for the Start plan. For a paid plan, payment happens after registration, in a separate step.
