The FoglalGo Start plan costs HUF 0 and does not expire. It covers one team member, up to 3 services and 30 online bookings a month, with no commission. No bank card is needed to sign up.
What the HUF 0 plan includes
- Your own booking link (foglalgo.com/f/…) and QR code
- Booking widget you can embed on your website
- Confirmation email to the client, with a cancellation link
- Day and week calendar, manual recording of phone bookings
- Client profiles, dashboard, CSV export
- Basic booking rules: cancellation deadline, advance booking time
What is available from the Pro plan
- Reminder email 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment
- Status email when a booking is changed or cancelled
- Group bookings (yoga, training, workshops)
- 3 team members, unlimited services and bookings

There are three kinds of “free” booking systems
In the advert, all three are free; the difference shows up in the second month.

What counts towards the 30 monthly bookings?
Only your clients’ online bookings. A cancelled booking does not use up the limit, and neither do appointments arranged by phone and added by hand in the dashboard.
If the limit is reached, for that month the booking page asks clients to contact you directly. There is no automatic switch to a paid plan and no surprise invoice.
Who is the free plan enough for?
For a hairdresser, beautician, massage therapist or trainer working alone, who gets one or two online bookings a day and offers no more than three services.
If you take on a team member, if the limit is regularly reached, or if many clients forget their appointments, the reminders and unlimited bookings of the Pro plan are the right next step.

Questions about the free plan
Is it really free, or just a trial?
The Start plan costs HUF 0, with no time limit. It is not a trial: it does not expire, and it does not switch to a paid plan by itself.
Do I need a bank card to sign up?
No. We do not ask for any payment details for the Start plan. For a paid plan, payment happens after registration, in a separate step.
What happens when the 30 monthly bookings are used up?
For that month, the booking page asks clients to contact you directly. You can still add bookings by hand in the dashboard, and the limit starts again the next month.
Do I keep my booking link if I switch to a paid plan?
Yes. The link, the client list and the recorded bookings stay unchanged when you change plans; your clients do not have to learn anything new.
Do I need to download a program or an app?
No. FoglalGo runs in the browser on a computer, tablet and phone. Clients book on your booking link, without an app.
