Guest booking terms – template to fill in
Unofficial English translation, for information only. The binding text is the Hungarian Vendégfoglalási feltételek – kitölthető minta (version 2026-09-09). In case of any difference, the Hungarian text prevails. All legal documents in English
Version: 2026-09-09. Applicable to new contracts from this date, with express acceptance. Amendments to an existing subscriber’s contract are governed by point 15 of the GTC and by the separate effective date specified in the prior notice.
This template applies to the service between the salon and its guest. The salon fills it in with its own data and actual terms; the fields in curly brackets are not the data of an existing business.
Booking terms — {{uzlet_hivatalos_nev}}
Text version: 2026-09-08. Effective from {{hatalybalepes_datuma}}.
1. Who provides the service
The services available on the booking page are provided by {{uzlet_hivatalos_nev}} ({{vallalkozasi_forma}}; registered office: {{szekhely}}; tax number: {{adoszam}}; registration number: {{nyilvantartasi_szam}}; contact: {{jogi_email}}, {{jogi_telefon}}) — hereinafter: the Provider.
The booking interface is provided on the Provider’s behalf by the FoglalGo system (operator: Megyeri Magor, sole trader, info@foglalgo.com). FoglalGo does not take part in providing the service and has no contractual relationship with the guest; information on the processing of booking data is given in the privacy notice.
2. Conclusion of the contract
- On the booking interface, the guest chooses the service, the time slot (and, if available, the staff member), provides the requested data, and then sends the booking.
- The contract between the Provider and the guest is concluded when the booking is recorded in the system and the confirmation e-mail is sent, for the chosen service and time slot. The confirmation is sent electronically, without delay.
- The contract is concluded electronically, in Hungarian. The system records the booking data; the confirmation e-mail and the attached terms can be kept. Information about the booking can be requested at the Provider’s contact details shown. Whether an electronic declaration counts as being in writing is to be judged by whether its content can be retrieved unchanged and whether the person making the declaration and its time can be identified.
- The data provided can be corrected on the form before finalising, or by returning to the earlier steps. Before submission, the system indicates the errors it detects. If the confirmation of receipt does not arrive within 48 hours of sending, the guest is released from the offer or from the contractual obligation.
- The business providing the service ensures compliance with the age limit for using the service and the necessary involvement of a legal representative, in accordance with the nature of the service and the applicable law. Where the involvement of a legal representative is required for concluding the contract or for the service, the guest and the provider must arrange for it.
- For a group session, several participants can book the same time slot, up to the number of places set by the provider. The number of participants indicated in the booking, the participation fee and the confirmed time slot apply. The provider does not cancel the session merely on the grounds that not enough participants have signed up. In the case of any other cancellation by the provider, the provisions of these terms on cancellation by the provider apply.
3. Price and payment
The price of the service is shown on the booking interface before the booking is sent. The price is in forints{{afa_zaradek}}.
Payment, depending on the Provider’s setting:
- on site, when the service is used; or
- in advance, by online card payment through the payment service provider’s system. With online payment, the guest’s payment partner is the Provider; the card data are handled exclusively by the payment service provider, and they reach neither the Provider nor FoglalGo.
If the Provider has made online payment mandatory, the booking becomes final upon successful payment.
For a group-type service, the price is the participation fee for one person; the total amount is the price per person multiplied by the number of participants booked. For an individual-type service, the combined price of the selected items applies. The price, number of participants and cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking do not change as a result of later changes to the settings.
The guest pays the fee for the service to the business providing the service. The payment service provider used and the data protection roles are described in the information given before payment. The Provider’s own payment service provider is not, in that capacity, a sub-processor of FoglalGo.
4. Cancellation, changes, no-shows
The guest can cancel the booking using the cancellation link received in the confirmation e-mail, at the latest {{lemondasi_hatarido}} before the appointment. The system confirms the cancellation by e-mail; this e-mail is the guest’s proof that the cancellation has been received.
Cancellation within the deadline is free of charge. For a booking paid in advance, the amount paid is then refunded: the refund is initiated by the Provider through the payment service provider’s system, to the same payment instrument. In this case, the provider initiates the refund within no more than 5 working days. The actual time it takes for the bank to credit it is separate from this and depends on the payment service provider and the card-issuing bank. A summary notice on refunds and cancellation is also available on a separate page:
/visszaterites.In the case of late cancellation or no-show, for a booking paid in advance, the common rule set by the Provider, shown to the guest at the time of booking and recorded for the booking applies: in the case of cancellation after the deadline but before the start, or of a no-show, the Provider refunds {{visszaterites_szazalek}}% of the amount paid (100% = the full amount; 50% = half; 0% = no refund). The cancellation rule above does not restrict the guest’s statutory rights of withdrawal, termination, refund or other consumer rights.
In the case of repeated no-shows or demonstrably abusive bookings, the provider may restrict further online bookings by a meaningful human decision, after individual assessment. The restriction only applies to this provider’s page, lasts for no more than one year from when it was recorded, and may also be lifted earlier. It does not cancel bookings already made or the guest’s statutory claims. The guest may request a human review of the decision at the provider’s contact details shown, and may object to the related processing.
In the case of cancellation by the Provider (e.g. illness, operational failure), the Provider notifies the guest as soon as possible and, for a fee paid in advance, refunds the full amount or, at the guest’s choice, offers a new time slot.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the guest has a 14-day right of withdrawal/termination without giving reasons from the conclusion of the contract, unless the contract falls under one of the exceptions listed in section 29(1) of the Decree. For a contract for a service related to leisure activities that stipulates a specific date or period of performance (section 29(1)(l)), the right cannot be exercised.
If the consumer has a right of withdrawal or termination, starting or performing the service does not in itself end this right. Upon full performance of the service, the right ends only if the prior express consent and acknowledgement required by law have been given. The FoglalGo booking interface does not collect such a declaration. If the guest lawfully ends the contract after performance has started, a proportionate fee can only be requested if the conditions laid down by law are met; in the cases specified in section 27(a) of Government Decree 45/2014, the guest does not bear any of the full or partial cost of the service.
A single appointment or the group type does not in itself establish an exception to withdrawal. For hairdressing and beauty services, the basic template does not apply an automatic leisure exception; any exception must be substantiated on the basis of the specific service.
The declaration of withdrawal/termination can also be sent directly to the Provider’s contact details under point 1. The Provider is responsible for, and gives information about, the applicable electronic withdrawal function. The ordinary cancellation deadline, the passing of the appointment or an earlier cancellation does not in itself exclude the exercise of the statutory right. In the case of a lawful withdrawal, the refund is subject to the deadline under section 23 of the Decree of no more than 14 days from becoming aware of it; this is not extended by the 5-working-day initiation under point 4. The cancellation percentage under point 4 does not apply in this case.
Receiving the declaration of withdrawal/termination, providing the electronic withdrawal function and the confirmation of receipt required by law, handling the matter and paying the refund due are the tasks of the Provider. FoglalGo does not undertake to record or forward these declarations or to confirm their receipt. The effect of a lawful withdrawal does not depend on the Provider’s approval. This division of tasks does not restrict the guest’s rights and does not exclude FoglalGo’s liability for its own statutory obligations.
The cancellation option under point 4 is available for every booking, independently of the above.
The model declaration of withdrawal/termination under Annex 2 to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) forms part of this information: it can be found in an expandable block on the booking interface and at the end of the confirmation e-mail.
Model withdrawal/termination form
The model declaration below is contained in Annex 2 to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). Its use is not mandatory: the right of withdrawal/termination can be exercised either by using this model or by any other unequivocal statement to that effect.
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

Date of conclusion of the contract/date of receipt:
Name of consumer(s):

6. Complaints
The guest may submit a complaint directly to the Provider: {{jogi_email}}, {{jogi_telefon}} (a written consumer complaint is entitled to a substantive written reply within thirty days of receipt; the Provider keeps the written complaint and the reply for 3 years).
In the case of a consumer dispute, you can turn to a conciliation board; as a general rule, the board competent for your place of residence or stay acts, subject to the choices provided by law. The territorial division and contact details of the boards are set out in the annex to these terms. In the case of an infringement of consumer protection rules, you can also turn to the consumer protection authority with powers and jurisdiction. The option of enforcing claims in court also remains.
Technical errors of the booking interface can also be reported to FoglalGo’s operator (info@foglalgo.com) — handling matters relating to the service on the merits is the task of the Provider.
7. Data protection
The controller of the booking data is the Provider; the processor is FoglalGo’s operator. Details can be found in the privacy notice available from the booking interface ({{adatkezeles_link}}).
8. Miscellaneous
- Matters not regulated in these terms are governed by the Civil Code and the legislation applicable to consumer contracts.
- The Provider may amend these terms; an amendment applies to new bookings made after its publication.
