A Hungarian booking system, from one developer

Why it was built

Most small salons and studios still arrange appointments by phone, on Messenger and in a paper diary. International booking systems offer a good answer to this, but in euros or with VAT added, charged per team member, and often with a marketplace that takes a commission for each client.

FoglalGo is the simpler version: a fixed monthly fee in forints, with no VAT and no commission, and a starter plan that costs HUF 0 with no time limit.

What this means for you

• A Hungarian contract and support in Hungarian or English; the dashboard and the booking page are available in both languages.
• The active booking database is bound to an EU data location, and the data protection documents are public.
• No marketplace: your clients book on your own booking page, not in a list next to your competitors.

What FoglalGo can do today, and what it cannot

FoglalGo is a booking system that runs in the browser. Clients book on your own booking link, with a QR code or on the widget embedded in your website, and immediately receive a confirmation email with a cancellation link. In the dashboard calendar you see the day by team member or by resource, and you record phone bookings here too. From the Pro plan, the system sends reminder emails and handles group classes.

FoglalGo does not currently offer SMS, Google Calendar sync, a waiting list or gift vouchers, and online card payment is marked “coming soon”. We state this on the features page and in every comparison, so that you do not find out after signing up.

How we work

• Prices are binding in one place: the Fee Schedule of the Terms of Service (in Hungarian; English translation). Every price on the website comes from it.
• We only write verifiable facts about other providers: from public price lists or help pages, with the source and the date of checking. If you find a mistake, we correct it.
• Client data is yours: your business is the controller of your clients’ data, and FoglalGo is the processor. You can download the bookings and the client list as CSV at any time.
• Support on working days, in Hungarian and, on request, in English. If you like, I will set up your account with your services.
