When is Google Calendar the better choice?
If you work alone, offer one kind of appointment and already organise your day with a Google account, the Google Calendar booking page may be enough.
When is FoglalGo the better choice?
If you have several services with different lengths, work with team members or treatment beds, and also need client records, a booking system keeps things clearer.
Switching from Google Calendar to FoglalGo
- Sign up with the Start plan, without a bank card.
- Add each appointment type as a separate service, with its own length. In Google Calendar this was one duration per schedule.
- Enter the future bookings in your Google Calendar into the FoglalGo calendar by hand.
- Switch off the Google Calendar booking page, because the two calendars cannot see each other and the same slot could be booked twice.
- Replace the booking link in your profiles and on your website.

Does FoglalGo sync with Google Calendar?
Not at the moment. FoglalGo uses its own calendar; you see the bookings in the dashboard.
Can I use the two together?
Yes, but the two calendars cannot see each other, so you have to handle the same slot separately in both. We do not recommend this.
