What does a month cost? A worked example
The monthly fee as a VAT-exempt sole trader pays it: we added 27% VAT to net prices and converted euro prices at HUF 400/€.

When is Minup the better choice?
If you work with a single service and have many bookings, Minup’s free plan gives you unlimited bookings. It also has SMS, Google Calendar sync and online payment, which FoglalGo currently does not.
When is FoglalGo the better choice?
If you want to pay in forints without VAT, work with a team and do not want to pay per team member, FoglalGo’s Business plan gives you unlimited team members for HUF 5,990.
Switching from Minup to FoglalGo
- Sign up with the Start plan: HUF 0, with up to 3 services. If you have more than 30 online bookings a month, the Pro plan is unlimited.
- Add your services and team members. In FoglalGo team members are included in the plan fee; there is no extra per-member fee.
- Enter the future appointments that are already booked by hand. Bulk import is not available at the moment.
- If you used SMS or Google Calendar sync, keep in mind that FoglalGo sends emails and uses its own calendar.
- Replace your booking link, and cancel your subscription in euros once the bookings in it have passed.

Questions
How much is Minup in forints?
It depends on the exchange rate. At HUF 400/€, Pro is roughly HUF 3,000 and Business HUF 4,800 a month, without VAT, and Business costs another €8 per team member. The English-language part of the Hungarian site lists higher prices (€10 and €16), so ask before you decide.
Which one is cheaper?
For a VAT-registered business that reclaims VAT, the net prices count, and Minup can be cheaper. For a VAT-exempt sole trader, VAT is added to Minup’s fee, but not to FoglalGo’s.
